12 Step Inspiration

Fat burner again yeterday.  I'm so glad I was inspired by Margie Collier to do the 90 workouts in 90 days. When I first started this blog I checked out all of the DDP blogs out there, and she talked quite a bit about 12-step programs she had been involved in.  When you first get into a 12-step program, they say you should attend 90 meetings in 90 days.  Well, I figured if that's what it takes to quit an addiction, maybe that's what I needed to do to quit my addiction to sitting on my ass.

Fat burner actually felt good at moments...like, I was happy DURING the workout for brief and fleeting periods of time.  I'm interested to see how long it takes till it's FUN.

  1. I can't imagine it being that much fun, but then I'm just usually grumpy about things lol. That's great though about the 90 day thing. Congrats on the 30 days so far!
