3 Days

A weak-ass attempt at RHC today.  I mean, my abs got a workout, but the pulled muscle in my back is really limiting my ability to stretch and fully extend anything.  I think I'm going to take 3 days off and let my back heal.  It just isn't getting better as long as I keep doing yoga, and I think I need to let it rest.  I'm still going to do 90 workouts in 90 days though - I'm just going to have to double up on 3 of the days to make up for it.
I mean, no one said they had to be consecutive days...

  1. Sounds like the right route. Can't do anything good in the long run if your back is messed up. Hope it heals soon! Try just lying flat on the ground for a bit, so your spine can realign. Seemed to help mine a couple months ago when I messed it up.
